July Construction Update
We are excited to share the latest construction milestones for Epsilon at The Star Residences. The development is making significant progress, and we are delighted to update you on the anticipated completion timelines:
- Apartments on levels 22 to 41 are scheduled for completion in December 2024.
- Apartments on levels 42 to 65 are scheduled for completion in early 2025.
Here are the key highlights of the construction progress for July:
Building Structure:
- Lift core construction is complete.
- Concrete slabs have been poured up to level 59.
Apartment Finishes:
- Façade installation on level 51 has been completed.
- Internal wall framing and ceiling installation is progressing and is currently up to level 47.
- Services rough-in has commenced on level 54.
- Apartments on levels 24 to 26 have been defected and locked up.
Residential Amenities:
- We are thrilled to announce that the pool shell on the recreation deck at level 22 has been poured, marking a significant milestone in the development of our residential amenities.

May Construction Update
We are pleased to provide you with the latest update on the construction progress of Epsilon Tower 2, Broadbeach Island. The development is advancing steadily, and we are excited to share the anticipated completion milestones with you:
- Apartments on levels 22 – 55 are scheduled for completion late 2024 with settlement notifications proposed to be issued in early 2025
- Apartments on levels 56 – 65 are scheduled for completion in Feb 2025 with settlements targeted to commence shortly thereafter.
Here are the key highlights of the construction progress:
Building Structure:
- Lift core construction is complete up to level 57.
- Concrete slabs have been poured up to level 54.
Apartment Finishes:
- Façade installation on level 48 has been completed.
- Internal wall sheeting is progressing and is currently up to level 40.
- Finishing trades are advancing towards lower levels.
Residential Amenities:
- Construction of the pool shell on level 20 is underway.
- We are in the process of procuring furniture for the shared amenity areas, particularly for the recreation deck and private dining spaces.

CONSIDER FINANCE OPTIONS
4 months prior to settlement you should start to narrow down what financial options you have to settle.
Will you settle by cash, get a home loan, or maybe a combination?
Should you choose to finance with a loan, we recommend you appoint a broker to assist you with your applications.
VALUATIONS
BEGIN
We'll let you know once your apartment is ready bank valuations will be available, usually there are required as part of your loan application.
For purchasers bringing money into Australia, make sure you have set up an Australian bank account and begin transferring your money.
PURCHASER INSPECTIONS
At this point construction on your new home is almost complete. We will send you an invite to conduct your pre-settlement inspection.
Any defects picked up in your inspection, will be noted and passed to the builder to begin addressing.
PRE-SETTLEMENT PERIOD
Once your inspection is complete the next stage is to wait for the Occupancy Permit and Titles to be issued so settlement can be called.
Your finance, either cash transfer or Bank loan, should be finalised and ready for settlement.
During this time the builder will continue to address any defects where possible.
SETTLEMENT
DAY
Once settlement is called your conveyancer will assist you in preparing for your settlement.
Make sure your loan has been finalised and your cash is ready.
Once your settlement is complete the keys to your new home will be available to collect.
POST
SETTLEMENT
Your settlement has been finalised.
We'll pass on details of the move in process and helpful information so you can get ready for your new home.
Your dedicated Owners corporation/ building manager will now be your point of contact & assist you with settling in to your new home.
