Settlements for SP2B have been triggered this morning with settlements due on 4 August 2023.
Once your settlement has been finalised, collection of your keys and handover manual will be available from the building.
Instructions on picking up keys from the nominates apartment in the building will be on the intercom for you to note and use to enter the building, once PSS let you into the lift and subsequent key handover spot.

Construction of Aspire Melbourne progresses smoothly with the tower’s topping out scheduled before end of year.
In November 2022, Aspire Melbourne has received great news with indications of the building achieving topping out in December, structurally completing all 65 levels of the project. Currently the tower’s core has progressed up to level 63, with the structural slabs following close behind at level 59.
Soon Aspire Melbourne will commence removal of the tower’s crane, marking another exciting step for the project, which is forecasted to be removed by the end of 2022.
Significant progress is also being made on Aspire Melbourne’s residential amenities with the pool and wellness facilities on schedule to be completed in time for a handover in the coming months. Residents already moved in at Aspire Melbourne will soon have access to an array of beautifully appointed spaces for exercise and recreation, with private entertainment areas available when booked.
In other exciting news, the second portion of settlements in Aspire Melbourne successfully occurred, with SP2 purchasers that own an apartment between levels 11–35 successfully settling into their new homes over the last few weeks.
A friendly reminder to all purchasers now living in Aspire Melbourne that the onsite Building and Facilities Manager is contactable at 0435 881 178 and paul@aspire.melbourne, and ready to assist with any questions relating to booking amenities, connecting to utilities, and more.

The project overall is nearing completion with the balance of apartments on track for handover mid-next year, with SP3 settlements projected to commence in Q3 2023.

‘Melbourne CBD Vacancies at record lows with rents soaring’
The project team at Aspire Melbourne have appointed an on-site letting manager to manage the investor product and ensure maximised rental returns. The letting manager has seen an above market demand for Aspire’s rental stock with all stock being let in under 10 days of coming available – this is compared to the Melbourne CBD average of 30 days.
