LATEST SETTLEMENT INFORMATION

KEY COLLECTION

For key collection please contact Tom or Charles 24 hours prior to your settlement to arrange a collection.

Before you collect your keys please ensure the following:

  • Please ensure you follow all social distancing & COVID-safe requirements during your key collection.
  • Where possible we ask that collection of your keys be limited to one (1) purchaser who must have their photo ID ready to present to the consultant.
  • Your keys cannot be released by our consultant until settlement is confirmed by the Vendor’s (developer’s) Solicitor. Generally, this can take 1 – 2 hours from notification of settlement from your solicitor. We recommend waiting 2 hours after your settlement has been completed until you collect your keys to avoid any purchasers waiting in the lobby.
  • If you would like a representative to collect the keys on your behalf, they must bring a completed Key Collection Authority Form (written by you, the purchaser) authorising collection of your keys. Your representative must bring the below form together with their photo identification to collect keys. Property Settlement Solutions will not be able to release your keys unless the form and Photo ID are presented

MOVE IN INFORMATION

We are pleased to advise that your move-in appointment can now be scheduled via the WeLife app. 

If you have not received your WeLife or Buildinglink login information please contact the Building Manager.

WELIFE APP.

The WeLife app is your hub for communicating with Building management & the Owner’s Corporation once you have moved into your new home at West End. The app also includes a library section that provides documents that cover the West End Complex. 

All West End Occupants must be registered to use the buildings Resident App (We Life Residence) and Building’s online web portal (Buildinglink) as this is the primary platform for the Owners corporation and Building Management to communicate with the Occupants.

All owners will be sent their login details on Thursday 11 March, if you have not received your login details please register for WeLife Residence app/ Buildinglink using the following link: https://tremanagement.com.au/buildlinglink/

SETTLEMENT JOURNEY STAGES

CONSIDER FINANCE OPTIONS

In this stage you should start to explore what financial options you have to settle.

You should consider what bank loan options are available & whether you will appoint a broker to assist you with your loan applications.

VALUATIONS
BEGIN

Generally 6-8 weeks prior to settlement.

Your apartment is now available for bank valuation as part of your loan application.

Purchasers bringing money into Australia for their settlement should being planning their transfer.

PURCHASER INSPECTIONS

Generally 4-2 weeks prior to settlement

At this point construction on your new home is nearing completion. You will receive an invite by email to inspect your apartment.

After your inspection any defects reported will be noted and passed to the builder to begin addressing.

PRE-SETTLEMENT PERIOD

Now that your inspection is complete the next stage is to wait for the Occupancy Permit and Titles to be issued so settlement can be called.

Your finance, either cash transfer or bank loan, should be finalised & ready for settlement.

During this time the builder will continue to address any defects where possible.

SETTLEMENT
DAY

Once settlement is called your conveyancer will assist you in preparing for your settlement.

Make sure your loan has been finalised and your cash is ready.

Once your settlement is complete the keys to your new home will be available to collect.

POST
SETTLEMENT

Your settlement has been finalised.

We'll pass on details of the move in process and helpful information so you can get ready for your new home.

Your dedicated Owners corporation/ building manager will now be your point of contact & assist you with settling in to your new home.
