We are pleased to advise you that Pre-settlement (Purchaser) Inspections will begin from the 4th of August for selected apartments on the lower levels.
Purchasers whose apartment is ready for inspection will receive an email invitation to book in their inspection time via our booking engine.
As further apartments are become available for inspection purchasers will receive email invitations to book in their Pre-settlement Inspection.
We are pleased to advise you that your apartment will be ready for a bank valuation inspection from the 13th July.
If you require finance to settle your apartment your lender may require a bank valuation inspection to be carried out in order to complete the loan application.

It is important that your finance application is well underway if required in order to complete the process in time for anticipated settlement in early August. If you have not already started your finance process, you must contact your finance broker or lender immediately.
Construction is progressing well, and works have not been disrupted by the current lockdown.
In the apartments, kitchens have now been fitted & tiling is complete. Flooring up to level 5 has now also been installed. Externally, the scaffolding has been removed and the public realm works are now underway. Photos of the building without scaffolding have been added below.
We recommend that all purchasers begin to narrow down their options for financing their settlement. Valuations are expected to be begin in the coming weeks. Once a commencement date has been confirmed for valuations, we will be in contact with booking information.

Construction is progressing well and kitchens & bathrooms are currently being installed in apartments throughout the building.
Externally, the cladding installation is almost complete with scaffolding to be removed soon. Works on the ground floor lobby & shopfront will begin shortly with Jewell Station restoration works to follow shortly after.
We are now in the Consider Finance Options stage of the settlement journey. As settlement is anticipated for August we recommend that purchasers begin to narrow down their options for financing their settlement. Tom & Katrina will be in touch in the coming week to introduce ourselves and we are happy to point you in the right direction should you need any assistance.
